Thank you for joining MSB. This guide will help you get started with your new multi-currency account.

Step 1: Complete identity verification

Before you can send or receive money, you will need to complete identity verification. This is a regulatory requirement that helps us keep your funds safe.

To start verification:

Log in to your MSB account
Navigate to Settings > Identity verification
Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your identity document and take a selfie

Verification typically takes a few minutes. In some cases it may take up to 24 hours.

Step 2: Fund your account

Once verification is complete, you can add funds to your account:

Bank transfer — Use your MSB IBAN to receive transfers from other bank accounts
SEPA transfer — Send EUR from a European bank account using your IBAN
SWIFT transfer — Send international transfers using your SWIFT details

Step 3: Make your first transfer

With funds in your account, you can:

Send money internationally — Navigate to Transfers > Send money and follow the steps
Exchange currencies — Use FX > Convert to exchange between currencies in your account
View your balance — Your multi-currency balances are shown on the Dashboard
