Eligibility

To use our Services you must:

• Be a resident of a jurisdiction where our Services are available
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Successfully complete our identity verification (KYC) process

Account Registration

When you create an Account, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your Account

Services Description

MSB provides the following Services:

Multi-Currency Accounts

We offer accounts denominated in multiple currencies, allowing you to hold, send, and receive funds in various currencies.

International Transfers

We facilitate international wire transfers subject to applicable regulatory requirements, including AML/CTF checks.

Foreign Exchange

We provide foreign exchange services at indicative rates. Actual rates may differ at the time of transaction. All rates are indicative only and do not constitute a commitment to trade.

Crypto Exchange

Where available, we facilitate fiat-to-crypto exchange. Cryptocurrency is not legal tender and its value can be highly volatile.

Fees

Applicable fees are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our fees upon reasonable notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud
• Provide false or misleading information
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Use our Services in a manner that violates any Applicable Law

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on our platform belong to MSB or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or any Applicable Law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of our Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
